PharmD International Pathway (PIP)

91Æƽâ°æ College of Pharmacy offers American and/or foreign trained Pharmacists with a bachelor’s degree (B.S. or equivalent) who wish to progress to the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree a three-year PharmD International Pathway (PIP) Program.

After a one-month summer orientation designed to acclimatize international students, applicants are admitted with advanced standing into the second year of our traditional PharmD curriculum, bypassing the first year entirely. The Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree awarded to the students in the international program is the same as those awarded to our students in the traditional PharmD program.

“91Æƽâ°æ’s program definitely stood out to me because of its block system, its team-based learning structure, which helps to prepare oneself for pharmacy practice and the integration of the IPBP students into the traditional PharmD class, which helps us to easily socialize and adapt to the American system.”
