David Clark Associate Dean of Clinical Services

Dr. Clark is a Veterinarian with 30 years of clinical experience. He has concentrated on small animal practice since 1994, and is a diplomat of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners in canine and feline practice since 2003. Currently he is an instructor for the Wellness Rotation where first and second year Western University veterinary students learn clinical skills and are exposed to clinical small animal medicine. He also assists instruction in the third year medicine course, and since 2008 he is the veterinarian that sees our public clientele.

Jennie Jennings Clinical Services Manager

I have been in the Veterinarian field since 1998 and over those years have worked in cooperate, private small animal, specialty, emergency and exotic hospitals. I have also worked various staff positions such as kennel attendant, receptionist, head technician and hospital practice manger. I have been the clinical services manager at this location since 2011. In my free time I enjoy hand embroidery, crocheting and knitting. I also enjoy participating in outdoor range activities, watching movies and spending time with my family at different pop/ horror cons.

Annette Chavarria-Marron, RVT Veterinary Technician Manager

I am a Registered Veterinary Technician with 20 years of experience in the veterinary field. Out of those 20 years, she has 10 of those years specializing in animal ophthalmology and management aspects of the field. After 10 years of working in animal ophthalmology, she decided to go back general medicine and wanted to be able to participate in the education for future veterinarians. Her career here at Western University College of Veterinary Medicine started on November 2014. As the Veterinary Technician Manager, she loves that she can help contribute in the education of the field and also help in developing our veterinary technician team their skills and medical knowledge in order to be able to educate our students. For her to be a part of the Western U family that not only provides excellent patient care and practice with a great hospital experience, but able incorporate students learning in helping surrounding animal shelters, medical research, and really practice the reverence for life motto. She is not only dedicated to the wellness of animals and veterinary medicine, but she also passion for dancing and exercise, in which she also loves to teach Zumba as a hobby.
