She most recently served as the Senior Counsel of Data Governance and Regulatory at Change Healthcare and currently is an arbitrator and mediator at M. Augsburger Law. She is certified in healthcare compliance and privacy and has served as a court-appointed expert in HIPAA. She holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in education from Eastern Mennonite University and a J.D. from the University of California-Davis.
