Jeff Heatherington was the founder, president, and CEO of FamilyCare Health Plans, Inc. and is currently the president and CEO of The Heatherington Foundation for Innovation and Education in Health Care. He served for 30 years as the Executive Director of the Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons of Oregon. In 2021 he received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Osteopathic Foundation. Heatherington received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Willamette University.
