Catherine Mater is the President at Mater LtD. In Corvallis, OR a Senior Fellow of the Pinchot Institute for Conservation in Washington DC and former chairwoman of the Oregon Transportation Commission. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and later received her Masters’ in Civil Engineering – both from Oregon State University. In 2007, Mater was inducted into the OSU Academy of Distinguished Engineers.
